A new Wicked For Good popcorn bucket has been revealed that features the green Emerald City hot air balloon. The follow-up to the first Wicked film in 2024 will be released in the US on November 21, 2025, though there are opportunities for earlier screenings as well, and fans are eager to see what kind of limited-time collectibles that theaters will have available for the movie. With the overwhelming success of the first film, it’s clear that cinemas are already gearing up to showcase the cups and popcorn tins of the upcoming sequel sooner than later. Here’s what we know so far about the hot air balloon popcorn bucket for Wicked For Good.

How to get the hot air balloon Wicked popcorn bucket

The Wicked For Good Emerald Balloon popcorn bucket will be available at Event Cinemas, a theater chain based in Australia.

While that might sound out of reach for Americans, it’s still possible to purchase the bucket on various auction sites (hopefully at a reasonable price). Fans of anime movies won’t be surprised by this, given the exclusive Japanese buckets for Demon Slayer Infinity Castle, Chainsaw Man, and more. That said, it’s also possible that we might see a version of this hot air balloon bucket in the States as it’s unclear whether this Emerald Balloon container is exclusive.

From the official site, Event Cinemas is actually offering two popcorn buckets for Wicked For Good. The premium Emerald Balloon lights up (most likely from the bottom) and opens from a lid at the top. Instead of the logo from the movie, it features the ‘W’ on several of the green stripes along the body of the balloon. The standard popcorn tin doesn’t look bad either, as a six-sided tin with panels featuring artistic portraits from the Wicked franchise.

Both of these popcorn buckets are expected to release on November 20 at the latest, though it’s possible that they will be available for sale before that.

As for US theaters, Cinemark revealed the first Wicked For Good popcorn buckets as part of its Super Ticket promotion.
