4. Ms. Marvel

Super Skill: Hurricane

Ultimate Skill: Eye of Storm

6. Doctor Doom

And finally, we have Doctor Doom, who is a mid to long-range menace with a variety of projectile attacks. His Nullify Shield not only blocks incoming projectiles but also acts as a defensive barrier. He also has access to Flight, which makes him a versatile fighter.

There’s no doubt that all the playable characters we’ve mentioned above, and their abilities, look absolutely fantastic! Just like Marvel Rivals, it’s safe to assume that more fighters will be added to this fighting game in the future. In time, Arc System Works will surely give us more details and reveal new Marvel heroes and villains who are set to join the roster.

So, when will you be able to play Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls? Unfortunately, we don’t have an official release date just yet. What we do know for a fact is that the title is planned to release sometime in 2026. Although that timeline seems solid, it’s always a good idea to be cautious, as game development in today’s time comes with challenges and unexpected issues that may require some extra polish and a development team.

It’s been confirmed that Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Soul will be releasing on PS5 and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Unfortunately for Xbox fans, the game won’t be coming to Xbox consoles. Given Sony’s involvement in the project, there’s a good chance the title will never be ported to Xbox. However, don’t let your hope go down because Helldivers 2 is preparing for an Xbox debut, which means anything can happen.

Although we’ve been given a look at the gameplay, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Soul will also be playable at EVO 2025. Gamers at the event will get the chance to try out this fighting game with all six playable characters we’ve discussed. There’s also going to be a developer panel where Arc System Works will give us a closer look into the core mechanics and systems. So, keep an eye out for more updates on Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Soul.
