“This is what it takes for you to be confined in a small space and not seen, but totally rely on the voice to tell the story and wake up other people’s imaginations.”

Hayley Atwell highlighted the unique challenge of conveying a character through voice alone, emphasizing the power of storytelling and awakening the imaginations of listeners. Obviously, things are looking up for her and she has Marvel to thank for this.

“I was finally given the trust and the platform … to show more range and to show more emotional depth in a franchise or something of this size, which I hadn’t been afforded before. And so I have this eternal gratitude to Tom and to McQ, who provided the resources and the support system every day on set so that I could thrive. It’s been a deliverance of a long time coming. After 17 years in this industry, I’ve finally been able to do something at this level, with this quality of filmmaking, and I’d never been afforded that before.”

Hayley Atwell expressed her deep gratitude to Tom Cruise and the entire team, revealing her surprise at the high quality of filmmaking she had not experienced before. Nonetheless, her career is flourishing right now and that’s all that matters.
