Everything is getting adapted these days.

 

Hello once again true believers, the information reaching out ears is that an up an coming anime adaptation has is bringing to light that it might be getting a season 2 in the year 2026.

               I don’t have the full details as they are slated fo he officially released on December 17th 2025 but compared to much older titles like “no game no life” the hope of a season 2 is quite welcome as it often ends with the reality being similar.

    Now for those of you who aren’t familiar with the series it’s essential a story about a middle aged man from the “boonies” and his very successful disciples whom he has trained, it’s about him finding confidence in himself as it would seem that he has no confidence in his abilities despite being more or less at the pinnacle of swordsmanship.

 

With anime being the new fad it’s not so strange anymore that titles like these are getting animated, though the older fans are concerned about quality since it seems these studios are basically just serving anything they get their hands on with butter on the side  who can blame them?, although this one seems to have satisfied them.

Appearance wise I’m sure you’ll find he’s quite similar looking to another middle aged swordsman and don’t worry for those of you who can’t figure it out now, you’ll understand soon enough.

So what’s our next move? Well naturally it’s to hope the season 2 is just as faithful and for those of you who haven’t seen it, it might be best to catch-up soon.

It’s adapted straight from the manga and they seem to be doing a good job so far of following the source material, although I can’t speak for other localized versions outside of my own country and the US of A and the United Kingdom it been rather faithful and I’m hopeful for a season 2, as you should be too.
