Good News?

 

So what I’m hearing is that there’s a new dragon ball live action movie, now as you’re aware I had to investigate.

But alas it seems they were only talking about animated movies to be aired in the future.

It seems the company has grown wary after the natural disaster that was dragon ball evolution and is withholding on anything live action and honestly can’t even blame them, live action adaptations are notoriously terrible.

That might’ve a bit of a strong word but they always tend to not meet expectations and sometimes companies do so much budget cutting that something thrown together by A.I and two finger clicks and someone greedily consuming an energy drink behind a screen somehow feels more appealing.

Back in the day stuff like this was the norm and most people have stopped falling for this new movie propaganda, which doesn’t sound very convincing since only within a few weeks of this videos release it’s already surpassing 6 million views.

So is finding good actors that hard? Well no not really, I think the problem can sometimes stem from trying to please everyone and the disconnect between animation and the human body.

It’s one thing to see a 2d character get flattened into a pancake and pump himself back up, and another to see a whole real three dimensional being drop to the lower plane.

It’s effectively the makings of a misguided horror special, Quite chilling indeed.

So in summary? There is no new dragon ball movie, well at least not a love action one, happening anytime soon, but you can always look forward to it, the likes of dragon ball daima are avaliable and there’s an endless array of fan made dragon ball media to consume.

And the list goes on forever really. There isn’t a particular end to the list of fanfiction, and while some are good, some are also horrendous so tread with care and a strong heart.

On that note I would humbly advice watching it off YouTube personally.
